ARIS Therapy is a psychotherapy practice in Toronto, Ontario. Adrienne Hana practises as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, under clinical supervision.
Getting through the week and feeling okay are two different things.
Adrienne works with entrepreneurs, professionals and athletes, often the people everyone else leans on. Sessions draw on methods like EMDR, Internal Family Systems, CBT and the Gottman Method, chosen for what you bring in.

ARIS doesn't bill insurers directly. You get a receipt after each session to submit to your extended health plan. Coverage for psychotherapy varies by plan, so check yours first.
EMDR is a well-researched therapy that helps the brain reprocess experiences still stored in a distressing way. An intensive fits it into one longer block, a half day or more, with a 90-minute preparation session before and a 30-minute follow-up one week after.

An intensive is a longer block of it, a half day or more. It starts with a 90-minute preparation session and ends with a 30-minute follow-up one week later. A 10-week Nervous System Reset Program is also offered.
Yes. Couples sessions look at how you argue and how you reconnect, using the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, two well-researched couples methods. Online or in person.
